Our Whole Smoked Hams are marinated in apricot juice and slow cooked to perfection. Each ham is 8-10 pounds. These hams make a wonderful gift. A week's notice required.

Florida Barbecue Co. & Catering award winning ribs are now available for your next gathering. These ribs are slow cooked for 6 hours in our famous barbecue sauce to create such perfection that is nothing less than heaven on earth. A week's notice is required.

Our delicious Whole Turkeys are 10-12 pounds and Smoked Turkey Breasts are 5-6 pounds are slow roasted to perfection. You will impress your family and friends every time you serve one of our tender and juicy Whole Smoke Turkeys. These also make great gifts for the holiday or any special occasion.
